Making A Purchase
Shopping couldn't be much easier! Choose a product and add it to your shopping
basket, the on-screen prompts will take you through the rest of the purchase process.
Some products are available as repeating orders; look out for the drop-down options on
your chosen product. You will have the opportunity to print a copy of the invoice if
you wish, you may also select to pay off-line, either by sending your credit card details

Shipping And Handling
We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries and Airmail Small Packet Service for all
other destinations. We charge just £0.50 plus the cost of the stamps. The charge for
delivery of a pack of razor blades normally works out at 71p UK, £1.48 Europe
and £1.81 USA & most other destinations. If you order extra products the delivery
charge is calculated on total order weight and displayed during the order process.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver within 2-3 days UK, 4-6 days Europe and 6-8 days USA and the
rest of the World (for repeating orders, your second and subsequent deliveries will
be at the repeat interval you specify, e.g. every 4 weeks). If you wish to make any
changes to your delivery details just contact us. If for any reason we are unable to deliver when
we say, we will contact you to explain and offer another date or give you the opportunity
to cancel if you prefer. We do not collect payment from your account until we are
ready to despatch the order.
Back Orders
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason we will send you an e-mail
or phone you to explain. If you prefer to cancel your order, we will promptly
refund any payment we have taken.
Tax Charges
All items offered for sale include UK taxes, except where stated. Tax free sales
are available for non-EEC customers on bulk purchases of some items where indicated.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system
over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software, when
the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. The transfer of credit card
details takes place in a secure SSL (padlock) environment. The details are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on
any web site.
Guarantee
We aim to please so if you are dissatisfied with any product or service of ours
we want to know about it - please contact us with details. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
You can tell us about any problems you may have with our service by telephone,
e-mail, fax or post. Problems are normally dealt with by our customer service staff,
who will notify you of what we propose to do within 2 working days. We will give
you this notification in writing if you wish. If you are still not satisfied, the
matter will be referred to our Complaints Officer, who is currently Mr. Chris Richards,
a Director of Blade Mail Ltd.

Returns Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before or after delivery and we will
refund any money you have paid us in full within 7 working days of you returning
the goods to us in saleable condition. Unless you are cancelling because of
sub-standard goods or service on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of
returning them to us. For reasons of safety and hygiene, we can only accept the
return of shaving goods unopened, with the manufacturer's packaging intact.
