Complaints You can tell us about any problems you may have with our service by telephone, e-mail, fax or post. Problems are normally dealt with by our customer service staff, who will notify you of what we propose to do within 2 working days. We will give you this notification in writing if you wish. If you are still not satisfied, the matter will be referred to our Complaints Officer, who is currently Mr. Peter Rainsford, a Director of Blade Mail Ltd.
